Delivery to your door is made within two business days from receipt of your doctor-approved order.

Are there any handling and/or shipping charges for my prescription medications that I will have to pay?

No.  Delivery, by Expresspost, of your prescription medications across Canada is free.

Do I have to be home to accept delivery of my prescription?

No, you do not have to be at home to receive your medication. We offer the signature as proof of delivery and we strongly recommend it. We can also offer you the alternative of delivering your medication at work, if it is deemed more convenient to you.
Packaging

How is the prescription packaged?

We ship prescriptions in a plain, tamper-proof, heat-sealed envelope. When a medication requiring refrigeration is shipped, we take all the necessary precautions to maintain the cold chain requirements and specifications.
