User (the "User") implicitly recognises his acceptance of the terms and
conditions of this agreement (hereafter the "Agreement"). If the User does
not agree with these terms and conditions he must immediately cease using

Territorial
Limits
| The prescription
drugs and medecine delivery services offered on this Website are limited
to Users residing in Canada. |
Prescriptions
|
Requests
for the transfer and renewal of prescriptions made on this Website are
transmitted directly to the pharmacists of Pharmacy Hazboun & Menhem.

Governing
Law
| Pharmacie
Hazboun & Menhem, the server which houses this Website and its Content
are physically located in the Province of Quebec, Canada. This Agreement
as well as any transaction between the User and Pharmacie Hazboun &
Menhem will be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the relevant
and applicable federal laws of Canada and shall be treated in all respects
as a Quebec contract, without reference to the principles of conflicts
of Laws. Any dispute will be submitted to the appropriate Quebec Court,
District of Montreal. We have required that this Agreement and all documents
relating thereto be drawn-up in English. |
Enurement
| This Agreement
shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon each of the parties to
this Agreement and their respective successors and permitted assignees. |
Entire
Agreement
| These terms
and conditions and any and all legal notices on this Website constitute
the entire agreement between the User and Pharmacie Hazboun & Menhem
with respect to the use of this Website and its Content. No supplement,
modification or amendment to this Agreement and no waiver of any provision
of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed by Pharmacie Hazboun
& Menhem in writing. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement
shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provision (whether
or not similar) of this Agreement. |
Severability
| If a provision
of this Agreement is prohibited by law or ruled illegal by a competent
Court in Canada, all the other dispositions of this Agreement will remain
in force and will continue to be binding upon the parties. |
